I also realized something about myself. In regards to females, I used to be a romantic, always looking for a moment to whoo them and make them feel special. I would even do all the mushy luvvy duvvy stuff that you see in the movies. But after a pattern of all these failed time consuming relationships. I’ve been colder in my emotions. Every one of my past girlfriends left a bad taste in my mouth growing worse with each recent one. Therefore I have reason to lower the expectations, and to no invest myself in all the romance that girls want. The irony is that the chicks that I’ve been with that craved to be romanced are the reasons why I stopped romancing.

I feel like I’m the only person I know in real life that moves on from ex’s and doesn’t find it necessary to continue to talk to yet alone hook up with them. Makes me cringe every time I know it’s happening.
